World Youth Skills Day 2025💪

The theme for World Youth Skills Day (WYSD) 2025 is “Focuses on Youth Empowerment through AI and Digital skills”.

Annually, this day is celebrated to recognize the strategic importance of equipping young people with skills for employment, decent work and entrepreneurship.This was started by the United Nations General Assembly.

Youth skill are, foundational skills like literacy,numeracy and cognitive skills; Transferable skills like socio emotional skills and life skills. And also, these skills are important for comminication, problem solving, critical thinking ,emotional intelligence ,team work ,adaptability and resilience.And also digital skills like proficiency in using Technology, including computers, the internet and various software applications.

The importance of youth skills development are personal growth,economic growth,social progress and peace and development. As responsible youth of this digital era, we should develop our socitey through AI and digital skills, without being slaves of these things.
